7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
Eligibility Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- No physical damage, scratches, dents, or signs of mishandling.
- Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.
- Seal/stickers must not be broken on sealed products.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with broken seals (thermal paste, antistatic bags, etc.)
- Software, licenses, and digital products
- Products damaged by the customer after delivery
- Items returned beyond the 7-day window
How to Raise a Return
- Email us at support@onlineindia.tech with your order number and reason.
- Our team will review and approve the return within 1 business day.
- Ship the product back to our store address. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the product was damaged in transit or incorrectly sent.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- Online payments (Razorpay/UPI/Card): Refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Bank transfer orders: Refunded to the bank account provided at time of order.
- COD orders: Refunded via NEFT to your bank account. Email us your account details with the return request.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
