We offer free shipping on all orders via Bluedart. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, natural calamities, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays attributable to the logistics partner. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products in original, undamaged, sealed condition with all accessories and original packaging. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by this policy. See our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility criteria and the refund process.
Products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must be initiated directly with the manufacturer or an authorised service centre. We assist customers in initiating warranty claims on a best-effort basis. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage due to misuse.
All content on this Platform — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of ONLINE INDIA or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONLINE INDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or products purchased hereon. Our aggregate liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Your use of this Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your personal data in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to:
Exclusive Jurisdiction
Subject to the dispute resolution procedure below, you agree that the courts and tribunals located in Thane, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence as permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to make a genuine effort to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice of the dispute. If resolution is not achieved within that period:

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you may also avail yourself of India's online dispute resolution platforms or the National Internet Exchange of India's ODR mechanisms for e-commerce disputes.
